Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY AND COST
We can deliver anywhere in the UK and International, excluding BFPO addresses
If you live outside the UK prices will unfortunately have to be increased.
We normally send the order out the same working day, if we do not have the stock we will contact you by phone or email to let you know, if you don't want to wait we will send a refund within 7 days.
We send all products out by next day delivery if placed by 3 pm by courier or Royal Mail however we cannot guarantee next day delivery. All orders placed after 3 pm will be sent out the following day.
Deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you can't be there to sign for delivery remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friends place, etc.
If no one is at the delivery address the courier will leave a card with details to arrange pick-up or redelivery. Or you can tell us if you want it left in the porch, shed etc. If you do this we cannot be held responsible if the parcel is stolen.
Returns & Exchange Procedures
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition. Within 7 days of purchasing the item.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.
Please Note - Goods should be returned to the place of purchase: We are unable to refund or exchange garments if bought from another trade suppliers.
If the garment is faulty please email info@equisafety.com or ring the office on 0151 678 7182, please do not send goods back until we have given you a reference number. All Equisafety Ltd & High Visibility Ltd products are guaranteed against manufacture defects for 6 months.
